On Saturday March 27th my friend and I entered your Danvers store with no appointment to view Mother of the Groom dresses. We were immediately greeted and helped by Amanda who has extraordinary knowledge and insight as to which dresses would look best on my shape. We were so impressed with her warm service, she made us feel comfortable immediately. This event was not something that I was looking forward to, but Amanda's insight helped to change it to a pleasurable experience.

I look forward to my dress arriving in June and working with Amanda again. We will definitely spread the word around about the tremendous service I received as well as the quality of items and range of sizes you sell at your Danvers store. Amanda is a very large asset to your business.

I visited Lorraine Roy about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday with my sister Diane (mother of the groom) and Robin, the bride. My sister Diane came in to buy a dress for her son's wedding. A sales woman by the name of Grand Bourque assisted us. I have never met a more lovely, professional and helpful lady. She made my sister's experience there so simple and easy. My sister was expecting to have a difficult time finding her dress for such an important affair. She even assisted my sister with her shoes which usually is not an easy task for Diane. The experience was such a pleasure. Grand is a lovely woman that does her job well. She really gives that personal touch which is so important since everyone has different taste.

I felt it was important to recognize Grand. People often do not hesitate to complain but very often do not take the time to commend someone when it is deserved. She is a great asset to Lorraine Roy. I would not hesitate to recommend friends to shop there and request Grand's assistance.
